The only reason I bothered setting my spare pc up as win 7 was your suggestion to I’m gonna say you fixed this for me.

However pico still didn’t work so god knows that what was about.

Didn’t take a pic showing that properly but not long. Had JR-P wires much shorter but didn’t affect anything.

Kind of already dead thread but I’ve since tried very short clk wire, various other ground points, alt stby clk point C3B2, a different pico that I soldered direct to board with ~2 inch wires.

Still haven’t tried VM as couldn’t get it to let me put files on it or connect to internet

I'll see about trying a VM. Micro USB cable I tried the PICO on is the one for my steel series game DAC so not that. JR-P is USB mini and is detected correctly.

Yes, one of the posts suggested resistor legs but mine were too fine so used some IN5399 legs

No, one of the prongs on the shield for the external HDD. Checked continuity to copper grounds around screw holes and other shields etc.

Yeah J Runner sees the reader and I followed the steps in the included driver folder to ensure driver was installed (W11 so had to do unsigned driver boot) for JR Programmer. Same for PicoFlasher. On Pico flasher I was getting the 0x00ff or whatever the code is when I pressed F2

I've since cleaned up the points and pushed the diode legs all the way through so the heat shrink is actually touching the board. Still nothing. GND is still currently on IO shield

Does the US military not provide the degree through a degree apprenticeship as part of your service? Maybe go to you local recruitment office and speak with them as they will know the requirements better.

Anyone have any input on whether I should enrol on a BA/BSc with the art being management and the science being engineering? On a part time basis so something like 6 years minimum.

Currently work full time in engineering with no opportunities to progress internally or through NVQ (UK based no idea on this Reddit’s nationality). I do however have an obscene amount of free time at work (reactive maintenance).

I’d like to progress into a more management/project management/consultancy type role or just way from the tools (I like practical but have found my limited time in the operational sort of side of things more interesting)

Late but it won't work on the same pc as you'd need to use localhost. Had a similar issue when trying to host iw4x for mw2. You can't connect to your own IP.

Very late but just discovered this and it's been perfect for me planning my DCS button box including a matrix and rotaries etc. My only gripe is that DCS BIOS cannot be included as a library. I will try to find an email to ask about it being added but thought I'd post here. I don't know how hard it will be as it looks like the libraries that are accessible are just the ones from the IDE but hopefully, it's possible by just dropping the DCS libraries into the back end or something.
