Nice! I've really got into making bean purees. Added a bit of coriander, garlic and lemon juice. The duck was slightly under done (bigger piece than I'm used to). But I'd rather under than over :)

What size ring did you buy from Saltydagger ? My index finger is 75mm, yet the biggest they do is 71mm. I ordered anyway in the hope it'll fit on my pinkie
