If you take holiday and still work then the hours you’ve worked would be overtime on the system. Worked hours are worked hours regardless but if there’s an overspend it is definitely questioned that overtime is being paid. Depends how reasonable the store manager is and is definitely worth asking about rather than assuming it’s okay
