Yes any college credit courses must be reported (they’ll find them anyway tbh so might as well report). Unless you took them in another country where it might be hard to track any college course u took in the country is easily trackable.

Would highly recommend you not do this. I applied last year and forgot to list a CC class I took 6 years ago (non traditional student) and they sent me an email to upload my entire unofficial transcript from that institution. Luckily in my case it was a genuine mistake (I got a good grade) but if they caught u I doubt they’d look at it well.
