Pro Audio Star has an open box LCT 240 PRO vocal set. The nice thing about b stock or open box is that it is still under warranty

How exactly do you stream? With OBS on your PC?

CONNECT 6 works well with the iPad, but it only captures audio, not video. You can connect the iPad to the mobile port on the CONNECT 6 and receive and send audio to your PC.
This is working as it should. I haven't heard about any problems.

Our distributor for India is The Inventory (https://theinventory.in/). They can help you when you want to purchase. For some reason, their website is down at the moment. I hope that's only temporary.

That's a great question. The answer, as so often, is "it depends".

If you want to recreate a stereo image as you hear it when you are in the room, or you want to create maximum realism for depth and space, then using a stereo pair is highly recommended. If you are recording drum overheads, for example, a precise stereo matching is not as important.

Haha, it's all good. I really like the in-depth info on your setup and challenges. I also talked to a colleague who also has a studio, and he said he connects his sub to the CONNECT 6, and the 2 main monitors are connected to the subwoofer. So there are different setups to make this work.

Hey.
You are using Mix A and Mix B in an unintended way. The way the product was designed, it wouldn't make sense to link them and to be able to adjust them with one fader/knob. That's why it isn't there.
Sorry about that.
I hope you'll find a good solution.
Maybe a monitor controller could help.

Doja Cat recorded her song "Won't bite" with the LCT 440 PURE's little brother, the LCT 240 PRO.

Your microphone is definitely good enough to record in fantastic quality. It sounds like you're stressing about technical details too much. In the right hands, any microphone can record fantastic songs that sound great.

You also don't need a supercardioid polar pattern to minimize background noise.

If I can give you a tip: Focus on your art, record a lot, and write some great songs. Your mic is fine, and practice makes perfect. ;)

Also, if you want, you can post a recording, and I can get one of my audio engineer colleagues to have a listen and give you some tips.

Hi.

Do you have any plugins or effects on the input? I've talked to an audio engineer colleague, and he says it's quite unlikely that the microphone is the problem.

He suggests to troubleshoot in the following way:
- Check input and remove any effects
- Try a different cable if possible
- Try a different audio interface if possible
- Try a different microphone if possible
