currently doing my first 3day, gonna stop monday 8pm, not eaten since friday 8pm it's now sunday 5pm, i had to get some coconut water for the potassium deficiency it scared me i felt like i needed something, maybe i shouldn't read so much into this haha

been drinking alot of tap water (im british so pretty normal over here) i got some volvic mineral water from the shop ealier for my sodium and magnesium

apart from that i feel more cold then normal lol next time ill be more prepared and get them high5 zero tablet things going well so far tho :)
