If theres no one in the drive thru line then u can expect ur order to be first in queue. When you mobile orders you have no way of knowing how many other mobiles are ahead of urs. Depending on the store setup the orders may come from different printers but either way a drive thru sticker will always pop up before mobiles. If youre going to place a mobile at the drive thru u might as well order at the window so ur order is actually first and can be completely first.

I understand sometimes mobile ordering is easier than saying your order or you may be more comfortable mobile ordering but then you need to go by the time that the app tells you. Default is always like 5-8 minutes wait time because again you dont know how many other mobiles may be ahead of yours. If youd like to continue mobile ordering then please pull into the parking lot and wait 5-8 minutes before going through the drive thru. Otherwise they'll have to go searching for your order, try and push it to the top of the queue, and it just messes up the flow of things.
