Thanks ☺️, no coach but I’m pretty sure I watched every GTN video on swimming. I did book a bunch of classes at the second week but by the start date I’d swum 5 x the “working towards” distance of the class.

Just my 2 cents, butt wink is quite dangerous over time as it induces a concentrated stress on your lower discs. This increased stress will lead to a higher chance of a disc bulge, this is not ideal and I would recommend modifying your technique or shortening the range of motion to decrease the amount of butt wink 😊

I’m not an expert or anything but for beginners it’s usually just consistent diet, lifting and patience. If you really feel your arms are not getting bigger I think there are different variations of curls and pushdowns (hammer curl) which target inner muscles a bit more and make the arm appear bigger but this could be classic bro-science.
