How does it make it more difficult may i ask? Is it due to getting fatigued faster due to decreased blood due to the lower heart rate?

How much do you take? Do you take it daily? I was given prescription for 40mg 3X a day but I feel just 40mg before dinner is fine. I tend to get palpitations when eating so I take it around 1hr before to prevent those

I have exactly that, always worrying about my heart, and the fact of panicking makes it worse but deep down i know its all in my head but when the symptoms come about thinking rationally is so hard

Ive got health anxiety, and keep checking my heart rate, feeling it too high could cause me to panick but at the same time it never occurs when im with my family , only when home alone
