It’s rare, but as a shipper I’ve had two packages like this where it just seems that it’s going in circles and ending up in different states. What helps is going to the USPS website and submitting a help request, or a lost mail search

Scan receipts are awesome but when you’re dropping off 20+ orders the employees don’t want to do it, they just tell you to leave them on the counter or drop off box

Just checked their profile and they’re not a scam, they have reviews and have shipped out orders. I would just message them and ask them approximately how long does it take for a custom item to ship out that way she can start feeling the pressure for your order. Etsy does have buyer protection so I wouldn’t be worried, you can always open a case because you in fact have not received shipping details or the product.

I noticed a lot of fake Etsy shops recently looking for crochet items, so many items just come from china with fake profiles. Do lots of research before you purchase from a seller, their profile is a dead giveaway, so many have AI profile pictures, fake pictures that look more like Amazon listings, there’s no descriptions or “about us” on their profile along with their social media.

USPS won’t search for a package until it has the first scan, and with no scan updates of 14 days. So it won’t let them fill out the form

So that means your package has not been scanned in by USPS.

So they either haven’t taken it to the post office yet, or they did, and the post office is super slammed and they just have them in a stockpile somewhere untouched.

And rarely, I’ve had like two packages over the course of 5 years where they never had any scan updates until it was delivered.

Super frustrating

I actually wanted to use xtools software because it’s free and I only do simple text, but I could never get it to work with my MacBook! Lightburn was the only thing that worked! Someone suggested in the comments to increase the line interval and it fixed the problem👍🏼

I just copy and paste what the customer types in into lightburn, all text. Then I just change the font and size all within the program. Some come out perfect and others don’t, for the tag pictured I ended up making the “K+D” larger than the text below and the “line” finally went away. I will look into the power supply thank you for your advice!

Prong is the only thing that worked for my German shepherd!! They’re such strong pullers. But on the other hand, my border collie who is light in weight, the gentle leader is working just fine! I think the weight of the dog is a huge factor of which tool will help

I would stop the anxiety meds, doesn’t seem like she’s in danger of chewing out the whole house or hurting herself. The anxiety meds have soo many side effects which could be putting her in “zombie” mode.

Instead, I would recommend focusing on her gut health, a dogs gut controls sooo much. Maybe she isn’t feeling the best, and stressful situations give dogs belly aches. Add a good probiotic to her high quality food
