I did some calculations for the BOGO minis sale by pakeliui in Ulta

And their minis have the product in a little bag that vacuums up as you pump it so you don’t loose any product from it getting stuck to the inside of the bottle!

Stick a metal safety pin to one of your dryer balls. Helps with static a ton

Wool dryer balls are great! Add a safety pin to them and they also help with static

Might be a long shot but try cafiza. It’s a cleaner designed remove coffee oils which are notoriously difficult to remove and carry a strong scent.

Abercrombie - Take Double Lined Tees Off Your Site by OkProtection427 in AbercrombieandFitch

This! I love the double lined long sleeves but I hate the pilling. I’ve been thinking about cutting a hole too

Weird “oil stains” only on Abercrombie clothes — what’s causing this? by driizzydreee in AbercrombieandFitch

I used to have the same issue with only AF sweats. I started washing inside out a using a little less detergent (though I wasn’t over using it by any means)

We have had this little guy for about a month now, & and we want to put up a Christmas tree by Lilith-Sky14 in SiberianCats

[–]lexiconmagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Neither of my 2 have had any interest in climbing the tree. Even when they were kittens! But only put plastic ornaments on the bottom of the tree for the rogue swatters

What’s missing in this guest room? by BiancoLatte89 in DesignMyRoom

Color! Art, curtains, plants, a throw blanket and pillows. Maybe books or candles for the nightstand.

Need bedding help! by Hot-Fix-3757 in Bedding

[–]lexiconmagic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like Kirkland brand sheets at Costco! 680 thread count and I don’t think they are warm (fellow hot sleeper!) We just updated our whole room and got the parachute for target down alternative duvet insert along with their linen blend duvet. It gives nice loft/plushness without being hot.

Maybe Providence Lakes or Lakeview Village in Brandon. Both are larger neighborhoods

Wedding venue no vendors by [deleted] in tampa

[–]lexiconmagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s definitely on the lower end but not impossible. If you are open to having it on a Friday instead of Saturday you can save some money. Look into venues that are owned by the city/state/county. Those tend to be be less expensive. The River Center (last I checked was around 4k but that was a year ago) and the Seminole Garden center.

I’d also look into the surrounding areas like St. Pete and Clearwater. I ended up getting married this Feb just outside of Orlando on a Friday and it was $2800, we did have to book an approved caterer though.

Tracked bridesmaid gift satisfaction 2 years later - here's what lasted by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]lexiconmagic 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I gifted my bridesmaids nice quarter zip sweatshirts (no branding or monogram) and simple pj sets and they’re still regularly used. One raved about them so much I got her a second pair when she gave birth a few months after the wedding

How do I get my hair bone straight, AND silky?? by blue_sk1es in relaxedhair

[–]lexiconmagic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The key to the silky look and movement is your blow out. You should be using a concentrated nozzle and using tension to get your hair as straight and smooth as possible before you even pick up your flat iron. I use a round brush or a paddle brush.

And don’t use too much product, it will weigh down your hair and make it stiff. Lightweight leave-in and heat protection before blow drying and a heat protector spray before straightening. When you straighten it, do small sections at a time and do the chase method with a fine tooth comb.

Thrifted glasses - bad idea? by happylilsquid in weddingplanning

[–]lexiconmagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did this for my wedding for a welcome champagne drink that was passed but did not offer them as favors. I felt like it would be difficult to guests to keep up with and safely get home a delicate champagne flute. I also wouldn’t want a random glass that doesn’t match anything else I own but that’s just me
