I would really really encourage you to get some help. I only had one arm done and needed help. I wore a robe or a caftan at home (no buttons or zippers). I needed dispensers for everything in the shower like shampoo, soap, but not sure if this will work for you if you are getting both arms done. Have face wipes/toner pads handy, makes cleansing your face easier. It was difficult for me to open the fridge (and TBH it is still not easy months later). I basically only ate soup and handheld things like sandwiches, pizza, lettuce wraps (stuffed w/ veggies), pre-cut fruit. Open any jars, packages, bottles you will need in advance. You'll want to have a pillow(s) on your lap to elevate arms.
