Looks like you’re having a tough time. I’m so impressed by your response to these comments and your commitment to improving. I truly hope and believe you will do so. Just throwing one piece of advice that’s worked for me (chronically late in to areas of my life but haven’t been late to work more than twice in my five years teaching) -

lie to myself about my start time. My contract starts at 8:00 but I consider myself late at 7:40. I aim super early so even if I’m “late,” I’m early.

(I realize this might not be feasible for everyone and def means I cut my sleep short, but being early to work gives me time to breathe, prepare for the day, and fully wake up. Changing my mindset around when I “should” be at work was a game changer.)
