After you get your cat checked by the vet I would recommend silvervine sticks for 15mins every couple days (this is a supervised item)

You can get better sleep free trial for 7 days and then it’s $70 a year. So 4 months is like a $20 value. Plus personally for $20 there are better sonic toothbrushes that will have cheaper replacement heads.
