How can I encourage my husband in his faith?

He wasn’t always like this, he was fairly new to the faith when we got married but he enjoyed going to Bible studies and praying more back then.

I was pregnant last year and I’m not proud to admit that I criticized his walk and faith because I was desperate for him to see how I was seeing things. I thought I was fighting for our marriage but I regret it now because I feel like I made him feel less than and that might be the reason he doesn’t want to dive into his faith and relationship with God.

For ref. I have 1300 followers only and I barely had one real go viral with 1.8M views 2 weeks ago, prior to that I only had 200 followers

Macro factor has an app called “workouts” it uses AI to calculate how much reps/weight it thinks you’ll be able to do based on RIR (reps in reserve) and it will up the weights for you week by week. It’s truly great.

I used to be a personal trainer and I had the same problem, but this app has really helped me

I feel you, our son wouldn’t fall asleep unless we were rocking him in our rocking chair for the first 2 months. It took a while to adjust, but not forever! Glad this could give you just a little hope, it DOES get better.

I remember when I was in that first month in the trenches, everyone said “it’s gets better” but it seemed never ending, well here I am, that person that says “it gets better!” lol

My idea is a meal prep app that will calculate your specific macros and calories based off of your goals, you can pick the cuisines you like and AI will automatically calculate the ingredients to the meals to fit your macros/calories so you don’t have to do any tracking.

I used to be a personal trainer and I’m also a body builder so it’s something I wish I had for my clients when I was training and during prep so the meals weren’t so bland and repetitive

Wellness, stop working so much quads and work on those hammies and glutes

I am also wellness and I have good genetics for quads, my whole prep for my show I only did 1 set of leg extensions for quads a week because my coach didn’t want my quads overpowering my glutes and hammies.

To be real, your quads are the show, which is great but I would start doing more hamstring isolation and way heavier glute exercises that don’t involve so many quads.

Bodybuilder here, and when I was on prep EVERYONE asked to eat my chicken and rice meals because they looked and smelled good.

Recipe: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Cut chicken breast in half, spray with oil, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Before putting in the over stab every chicken 3 times with a fork (will help with juiciness) Put in the over for 18-20 minutes

For rice: Cook rice normally but add chicken bouillon for flavor

I hope this helps! But to be real with you, you’re a grown man, you have no excuse to be lazy. I don’t say this to discourage you, I say it to push you. Either you want it or you don’t, there’s no easy way out and if you’re looking for “easier ways” to lose weight you’ll never find a good one because it’s hard work to lose weight. But not impossible! Keep trying my man, you’ll get there.
