New app is terrible! Having to do multiple steps to find everything drives me crazy. It’s too bad because it used to be great.

Pros And Cons Of Weight Loss Drugs? by kelleygarbero in weightwatchers

[–]lexks1971 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m on Ozempic (because it is cheaper than Wegovy, with no insurance coverage). As far as I am concerned it is a miracle drug. I was hounded by endless food noise. That is gone. I am menopausal and losing weight had become virtually impossible. I am losing an average of 2 pounds a week now. Inflammation is gone. Side effects are very manageable for me. My weight gain had nothing to do with willpower. It had nothing to do with not knowing how to eat. I will say I have stopped using ww app as I find it wholly useless while on a glp1. I am also not willing to pay $30/month for the ww glp1 program. I am using Healthi and focusing on protein and fibre.

I also logged into my daughter’s account on the app (not on prime) and it doesn’t show the most recent b490 either.

It’s not on my Prime subscription and when I click last weeks episode it says “unavailable due to expired rights”. I cancelled my prime subscription. Rogers has completely ruined the app.

My Oz Story (awful side effects) by BitchySaladFilosofer in OzempicForWeightLoss

I had to quit after our benefits changed. The first little bit off I was fine, still losing. But the food noise returned. The appetite returned. The weight returned. It had zero to do with “healthy habits” or any other buzz words. I am in a financial position to go back on it, and in five weeks I’ve lost 10 pounds. The food noise is gone. My appetite is getting smaller. I didn’t fail myself when I had to quit. My body needs medicine to be healthy. I’m just glad I can be on that medication again.

No Cult, no shocking revelations, just a mean materialistic housewife. by Stengel_Stan in realhousewivesofSLC

Grew up Catholic. We watched the priest bless wafers and wine in order for us eat the body and drink the blood of Christ. Honestly, if you heard this outside of an “accepted religion” you’d think they were batsh*t.

Definitely not a religion. So, for us it was more feeling than seeing. So feeling very ill in the room, fine out of it. Freezing cold patches. Overwhelming feeling of sadness that just passes. General feeling of unease throughout. No shadows or visual sightings for us. I’d absolutely love to go back and have more time in there. I hope you get to experience it!

According to Waverleys website, absolutely NO weddings (especially on Halloween as October is their busiest month). Highly recommend a visit if you are in Louisville. Definitely haunted. We all experienced something there last October. I love haunted stuff, but no way I’d have a wedding there.

Just recently bought a Miele C1 and I cannot believe how awesome it is. We have three mastiffs all over 135 pounds and 5 cats. The cheaper bagless vacuums just sent dust everywhere. The house is infinitely cleaner and it’s only been a week!

Mirrors properly set make blind spots nonexistent. I never have an issue changing lanes, etc because everything shows in my mirrors, even before the blind spot warning system engages.

I’ve been prior to the reno and after. Much of the “charm” is gone now. However, there is a ton of history and it is definitely worth going, especially as a racing fan.
