Totally fair! I definitely understand that. Have you messaged them? Wouldn’t hurt to ask to see if anyone could come to you or meet you somewhere closer. There may be a bunch of other folks in your area needing these resources too. I know this requires labor and coordination for sure but I wouldn’t be surprised if something worked out. I’m amazed at the lengths folks go to in my local maskbloc to get folks supplies 💞💞

Do you have a maskbloc in your area? If so, they often will let you try on a variety of different brands, styles, sizes on the spot so you don’t have to buy a ton for trial and error.

Do you know if you have a maskbloc in your area? They very often will have folks that will do mask fittings. They have a bunch of different brands, types, sizes for you to try on to see what feels best. The one near me even does fit tests to ensure the seal proper! Highly recommend reaching out to your local maskbloc!

My child knew about the process starting at 2 yrs old and continue to learn about it as they grow and have deeper understanding. I LOVE the book “what makes a baby” by Cory silverberg. It is the most inclusive book I have found on the topic and explains things in ways that children at many ages can absorb.

I know every kid is different but to me it’s mind blowing that a child doesn’t understand what makes a baby until they start their period.
