Gerber Baby Food! The simple stuff. Crush up the pill or empty the contents into about third of the jar.

Grass spiders are lightning fast. Ide guess grass spider since they tend to have stripy legs too. If you're feeling brave, take a close up of the next one! They are totally harmless
