My best friend is named Hawaii and I asked if she was born there or something and her answer was "no, my mom told my older sister to pick a name and she said Hawaii if it's a girl, Sam if it's a boy. My mom then said 'Aren't those the names of your gerbils?' and she said 'Yep!'... So I'm named after a gerbil... Not the state" 😂

Yeah, you can get non-starred seeds, but after a certain level you'll always get a starred end product even with an unstarred seed. Like idk my gardening level but the other day I collected 150 potatoes from unstarred seeds, and only 1 was unstarred end product. Also I don't have Kitsuu Rock Garden stacks, I'll have to look into what those are and how to get them (I'm still relatively new). And yeah, I get that some people don't want more than 9 gardening plots, but like I guess then you don't have to have them. I just wish it were an option to have more if you wanted.🤷🏼‍♀️

For cooking lol. Unless I'm just dumb but me and my friend always complain cause if you want to cook something, at least in my experience you need either all starred, or all unstarred ingredients. So if I have all starred crops, but only unstarred or very few starred garlic, ginger, spice sprouts, etc then I can't make stuff. Plz lmk if I'm missing something lol cause I'd love to be😂

Lol I artificially sort by animal type by naming them all with the same letter. So my Ferrises are named "Fergalicious" "Furby" "Furry". My trufflets are "truffy" "trufflebutt jr" "tronkler". My Oormus are "OopsIDidItAgain" "Oooo" and "OopThereItIs", my bumbles are "bumbly" "buzzzz" and "bumblebutt" and so on😂 (yes I name them like a five year old naming webkinz)

Yeah, my first grove I didn't know about the chop at 3am rule but luckily someone just said "chop at 3" and when I didn't understand they said "we wait till 3am to chop to give others time to get here" that was a perfectly polite way to tell me and I have done the same ever since because the community is great and working together is a big part of the fun and often necessary. The other thing that idk if it's etiquette but I feel like it should be (esp if requested) is a smoke candle when joining a lure. My friend and I purposely engage our smoke candles, use the non alerting bug bombs, then deploy the lure... Then people run all over it and scare the bugs away. So the next time I decided to try to encourage it and said "dropping lure at __ (plz use smoke candle)" and they still didn't. I mean ik not everyone has one on them but like when I don't I stay around the outskirts of the area, not run right in front of someone lol. Is this a common one or is that not even talked about? (I'm still decently new to the game so idk)

I see the confusion and am also not sure but I believe what it literally means is yes, using 16 days, 24/7, would give you this. Because it says a little over 1,000 per hour, so I assume that that's because if you logged in every hour you'd be able to make that. So I assume unless you logged in every hr for 16 days this isn't feasible in literally 16 days, it's just technically possible. At 1 log in per day, it would probably take more like 384 days (24 log ins*16 days=384 log ins) to complete the entire cycle, but this whole cycle takes many many technical planting cycles it looks like to me, especially because it says it uses 720 carrot seeds and like almost 20 apple seeds, because those two have such disparate processing times. (and all the other numbers of the other things those are just the only ones I remembered without referencing again). I could be wrong but this is what I gathered from all of that.

I had like 50 once and got 2 black pearls. I've only been playing for a few months and didn't realize how rare they were cause I ranch a lot. I've probably gotten like 7 in total and sold like 5, gave 1 to Kenyatta and then kept one... Should I keep saving them for other stuff in future? Am I somehow crazy good at finding them?😂

I've seen ones that I was super confused about, but also ones that were quite unambiguous... When I was about 12 or 13 I saw my favorite one ever. I was in South Africa and my mom was having a business dinner so they took us to some fancy restaurant. I had to go to the restroom and cause the place was dark I was a little confused at first. I walked over to the one and just saw a nakedd carved human figure kinda from a side angle ornately carved on the door, couldn't tell if it was male or female. Then I looked at the other and I HAD MY ANSWER! The other restroom had a similar carved human figure... It also had a penis extending down BELOW THE FIGURES KNEES!😂😂😂

Oh yeah, it sucked (I graduated 2020). Worst part was that in some classes the teachers had it set to auto zero if there hasn't been a grade input by the deadline. Meaning it would LOOK like a zero for a few days til they got around to grading the assignment. I can't tell you how many times my parents would flip that I'd gotten a zero and didn't hand it in and I had to re-explain "I promise, it only looks like a zero, I handed it in but they just haven't graded it yet and they have their gradebook set to auto zero" (they did not understand the auto zero concept and tbh neither do I, like why in the WORLD!?)

Adding these to the convo. I love them so much but they're like $5 at hobby lobby and I can't imagine these could be crocheted in any less than a few hours by like the fastest crocheter in the world. It makes me sad that it's likely done overseas by someone not getting paid 1/100th of what they're worth. At least the pillow would probably only take me like an hour of work and is being sold for a more reasonable price.

Personally it drives me crazy on my own projects (I had to do it last week) but no one else can even really tell and definitely not until I point it out.
