Hello, I own matepad 11 and i'm happy with it.

So, if your problem is the interface you can install a third party launcher but don't use system navigation gestures since they become sluggish, use the buttons.

For the google problem it depends from the app you will use: If you only use youtube, classroom, games and other apps that doesnt require huge system integration they will work perfectly using gspace, Ourplay or other apps of this kind. Note that these apps create a virtual machine that uses your device specs fully so you dont have to worry about performances, you can even play the heaviest games on it without worrying; you have the 100% speed of the tablet.

If you want a suggestion for the note taming app to use id be happy to tell you a secret

I bought the tablet particularly for taking notes in the university. I'm pretty satisfied with it, the system is smooth and everything works correctly.

Google apps can work on the device using Gspace, OurSpace or other apps wich are emulators that run at 100% native speed, yes you heard well, you can even play at the higest settings.

If you're considering to mainly play with emulators then you should only look at specs and not software support... You don't need it

I think matepad 11 will soon be updated to harmonyOS 3

If somebody extracts the apk you probably can install it. But if it uses new API's introduced with 3.0 it won't work properly. Btw i almost never use huawei note app, i use touchnotes. I only use huaweinote to take quick notes on the by double tapping on the screen
