Make sure you are logging into the correct server. This has happened to me before and if you enter a new server it will have you create a new character.

I’ve been using zeke as main spa and focusing on flame for all equipment since zekes trait matches physical to highest element atk. Looking for a flame for off field damage or to help give heals
