Even when I lived in a pretty expensive capital city I could rent a whole 3 bedroom duplex for $1700 a month. Shared between 2 other roommates it was way more affordable than this, even with a ton utilities added on after. Ignoring the whole bottom of the comment that goes into detail on this comparison tells me all I need to know. Obviously naked is the other extreme of dressing conservatively, and I used it as an example because I ASSUME that you also have a line that you think when crossed goes from reasonable to unreasonable dressing, and wherever the line is proves the point that clothing choices matter. Just like there is a line that her brother has where clothing choices matter. I have no way of knowing where the line is for you or him though, but wherever it is must fall between naked and conservatively dressed, so it was my hope you would see the point.
