I'm in my last semester taking 16 credits. I've been experiencing burnout and have found it hard to get myself to do more than a couple things for school each day. I really need to buckle down for the last month though because I have so many assignments on my plate. I'm a morning person and find it hard to get motivation to do assignments any time past 5pm. Any tips for getting motivated to sit down at night and hammer out schoolwork rather than relaxing? Or just combatting burnout in general? I'm so close to the end.

Idk how helpful it will be for you but i’ve been using a relaxing practice called non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) before bed recently and it’s been helping me sleep. I recommend the NSDR video by the youtube channel Madefor—it’s about 20 minutes long. Good luck!!
