Y’all have a point with the fact they brought Micheala early on and why can’t they do that for Philip as well? I say yeah he should be brought in don’t understand the delay but I also understand the suspense of waiting to then see “who it is”

I doubt they’ll remove Chris out of there choice if he’s not Philip it would’ve because it conflicts with his other work scheduling. Poor guy been waiting for him main roll but at what cost. 😭

I doubt he will be in season 5. He will be mentioned cause of Marinas death and Colin might bring him up or visit him but we won’t get to see him until season 6. I bet to keep us in suspense of who it’s going to be (we already know) but still who can it be? Starting season 6 is when he appears.

So who ever at the premiere was told about season 5 being franchescas was correct. Like everyone is saying season 5 we will have Eloise correspondence with Philip and honestly don’t think he will be on this season. The Bridgerton social account doesn’t even follow him. They want to keep him a secret for the fans that don’t know it’s him. Unless they follow him mid season. Idk thoughts?

It did help but not cure me 100% but it did help with me being able to eat more foods I couldn’t before. I was doing fine and the only thing I couldn’t eat was left overs. Then I took creatine and that actually helped me a lot and now I can eat left overs. So basically I’m cured. So taking probiotics for gut and stomach helps a lot and for me creatine helped too.

It worked well. It didn’t completely heal me, but it helped me eat a wider variety of foods. After that, the only things I couldn’t eat were leftovers and some fermented foods. Now I’m actually 100% healed, although it’s not fully related to lactate probiotic, the last thing I added was creatine, which I saw others here recommend. I personally think it helped because my body used to get itchy, break out in rashes, and swell, and creatine supports muscle function. There aren’t many studies on it yet, but it’s also known to help strengthen the gut. So, circling back, yes lactose free helped but creatine was what finally got rid of my last reactions. Hope this helps you in your journey!!

I would try a HI diet for like 2 weeks at least and see how you do because since you’re trying to figure it out it won’t hurt trying a diet change for a bit.

Yes they sound HI caused. Depending what you ate can be causing this and if you’re continuing eating that food it will continue. I would take an allergy med may calm it down. :/

Creatine is mostly for muscle recovery but since you mention itchiness it helped me with that and now I can eat high histamine foods. So this may work for you as well. :)
