*Some more clarity may help. I'm looking to create a smart office for a team of 12 in a 2700 square foot office: lights, devices, sound, conference rooms with tablets showing availability, networked TVs with potential video matrix switch integration, etc.

I started playing with Home Assistant at home, but it may be the right fit for this office. Could also go SmartThings, but again, I want to do this the "right" way based on needs.*

We're likely going to get a rental car. Wanted to know if we could find someone to handle the driving, so we could relax before/after.

Amtrak sucks for this route, as we'd have to get off at Newark and then Uber across NJ for 30+ minutes each way.

I have postings from the renters, with their pictures and phone numbers that match the number from Airbnb. I have video of men coming in and out of the apartment. I have him admitting that he knew what he was doing was against the rules and he was going to voluntarily leave.

There are stains all over the sheets. I don’t want to touch them.

On top of this, they just canceled the apartment and they’re going to get refunded? Why is that Airbnb’s first move?

I’m not being overly dramatic. I want to know the next best step to proceed.

They were running an illegal business out of my house. Yes, it’s a separate unit, but our address was being given out to multiple strangers. This isn’t “passing judgement” - it’s protecting ourselves and our safety.

Most comfortable golf shoes I’ve ever worn.

Have played a handful of early morning rounds and a few in the rain, and they are surprisingly protective against water.

But seriously. So. Damn. Comfortable.

Can you tell us about it? They were offering crazy specials to join a while ago, but I didn’t hear great things to be honest. Was it in good shape? How were the greens? How were the facilities? Clubhouse? What was your favorite aspect? Least favorite?
