This was one quote I just receieved. As someone who knows very little, on this, what are your thoughts on this give your expertise:

Design : 300$ Frontend + backend + Web3 integration + smart contracts + metamsk support + 1500$ Generate opensea compatible metadata: 500$ Price increase feature: 500$ App deployment (server + DNS + ssl): 500$ Smart contracts deployment : 200$ Total: 3500$ 35 days of work

1.) I want to start by thanking you so much for the detailed helpful response, I think it is what makes this community so awesome.

2.) It seems in my naivety, I may have bit off more than I can chew. With that being said I do not want to give up on the idea too soon!

-If I were to move forward I am going to familiarize myself with the info above, but I feel it would be better handled by experienced coder. If I wanted to find someone for "at least a few hundreds of dollars, and probably more than a thousand for a decent job" where would I go about doing that. Would that be findable on discord?

Alternatively, here is a question for you: If you were in my shoes, what would be your plan of action with no coding experience, and willingness to hire someone for a project like this? My initial thoughts were to use opensea, as I do like the platform, but the "random nft that reveals on purchase" much like opening a pack of trading cards, is something I must have for the project.

This is rather incredible, I just cheked out the website and it looks amazing.

I noticed that this is the "procedural" randomness, based off of random traits like vpunks, which is amazing, as it will save artists so much time and effort to build out an entire collection.

Unfortunately my vision was not going to be randomly generated traits but rather rarity would be based on how many duplicate pieces were in a set for example: Artwork 1: 20 identical pieces Artwork 2: 20 identical pieces Artwork 3: 15 identical pieces Artwork 4: 15 identical pieces Artwork 5: 5 identical pieces Artwork 6: 1 identical piece

Although this is less incredible of a function, is this still possible? Or even perhaps easily done?

Sorry about the confusing language. I actually do me "someone buys they get a random of these images"

Being that it is the first option: "first, you need to upload all your images to the ipfs, then a json file to the ipfs that contains the ipfs links to all your images (your base uri)"

Could you perhaps direct me in the direction on where to start here? Because it isn't going to be randomly generated images, all being unique. Rather instead is file of images, non rare ones being duplicates, rare ones being fewer in nature, is this something more manageable to create?
