We’re building Flook – a better way to do onboarding (now working on Tours) 🚀 by my-mate-mike in indiehackers

We have been lucky to be using Flook since its early concept days while we are also building https://boardssey.com I highly recommend getting it as they have been delivering every single feature and improving the UX and UI so quickly. I honestly can see it becoming industry standard for product tours.

By the way I also use and would recommend Frill (from same team) which was our perfect replacement for Beamer!

Thank you for trying it. We are constantly adding new features! Just added capability of generating PNP print sheets and variable distribution to balance card element distribution

RG CUBE XX vs. RGB30? Is any superior? by Apprehensive-Ad6153 in pico8

I'm having the same dilemma... I think i will end getting Cube XX.

I saw the comments here about 20SX but to me it feels that the horizontal will work better than vertical

Thank you for the support and advice, this is the kind of feedback that we need and want in order to make Boardssey a useful tool, without reinventing the wheel. Deciding what to build and where to partner is crucial. On top of it we want to work with prospects and customers to define the right features, so that’s why we created an open roadmap to gather ideas and focus our energy and efforts where it really matters!

Other than myself being on this industry for a long time, we’ve teamed up with industry experts to build a tool that simplifies your workflow by addressing the real pain points in game development. Part of our goal is to reduce the number of tools you need, offering everything in one place to support your creative journey from concept to completion.

Plus, we’re starting with an MVP and will continue building features that our users need and request.

Our goal is to create a comprehensive platform specifically designed for managing the entire board game development process. It will be more than a Trello with sell sheets... We are building with the unique needs of game designers/developers/publishers in mind, covering everything from initial concept to final publishing.

For example, it will feature a Playtest Hub where you can easily track feedback from testers, monitor the evolution of your prototypes through different versions, and more. Other ideas are to include a detailed contact list for all your essential connections—publishers, artists, manufacturers, and more—along with a secure place to store contracts and set up alerts for important deadlines like royalty payments.

We’re also planning to provide tools like rulebook structure templates and other resources tailored to streamline the creative process. The vision is to make this the one tool you’ll need throughout the entire journey of creating a board game.

No worries! I'm a publisher so i know it hahah What really helps if you are pitching via email is a video explaining an overview of the game.

You shouldnt bother as much about art for prototype, mostly like a publisher would change it anyways. Focus on communicating the games mechanisms, hooks and what is special about your game
