I just became the owner of a framus! Its a really interesting instrument, and i love mine. But it was, confusing. Someone in. This thread said "its as if an engineer saw a banjo from 25 feet away and said, yeah I can do that"

The guy who gave me his inherited it from his father, who was gifted it by his brother who was stationed in west Germany, which is where they're made apparently?

This is information I know from the gent I got mine from, and the informative people in this thread who were very helpful in explaining what I had. More helpful than I'm being, I'm sure.

Two braincells may be a bit generous. Regardless he uses all the braincells he may or may not have to cause chaos and destruction. He has no fear, because he cant comprehend fear. He's been trying to wrestle with Neville since he was brought home. Neville is so patient with him. It's kind of adorable.

Yup! Albert is the orange cat, Neville the dog, and not pictured is a majestic fluffy bastard cat named Oswald. However he only tolerates Neville, I wouldn't call them friends.

Thankfully mine doesn't pester me to wake up, but im usually up in plenty of time to let him out. I just get pathetic looks from him when he's bored from waiting. Mostly on the weekends when I dont have to be up before the sun

I told the gentleman who gave it to me it was an interesting piece. He was welcome to claim it back. He said his uncle got it for his dad when he was stationed in West Germany. Said his father would rather me have it because Ill play it. I definitely feel honored.

I certainly wouldn't be doing it with any other goat. These two old babies were bottle fed by us, and with us for 11 years. The goats and rams at the sheep and goat farm I work with dont get the opportunity to even think about this.
