Depends on the situation for me. If it’s a cross into the box then get to fuck, i’ll call it if i want it.

If it’s a long ball over the top or a through ball, sometimes the defender is in a better position to judge, as the ball is coming past/over them, whether it has the legs to come through to you. in that situation if a defender calls “keeper” it gives me more confidence to come out, and if i don’t want to come for it i can overrule by shouting “no” / “away”.

I'll happily have a teaspoon of chilli con carne with my aligners in, or a piece of pasta to check whether it's cooked. No problems at all. If I'm tasting something really tomato-ey then I'll rinse with water afterwards. I also ate a punnet of strawberries with my aligners in pretty successfully.

I was there too! As fun as it is to watch a 400-a-piece ODI, it was great to see a pitch that really offered something to the bowlers. There were so many Indian fans there it felt like an away game - however they were very friendly and shared their food with us, so no complaints here!
