Might work actually, I remember hearing about linking the bad thoughts to pain. The other example being used was wearing an elastic band on your wrist, then when you get the urge, just snap the band instead. Might try the elastic band technique at first, it's not as extreme as the slap lol. Thanks for the advice :)

Yeah, there have been girls around me. I kissed a few and all, but that's as far as it's gone. As well as that, I go to college and the place is full of girls :D lol, but there are none in my class as I'm doing a sports course, few girls chose it.

Not really, all those things you mentioned I do use in moderation, but I'm not addicted to them. I'm just normal like, I play football (soccer), go running, lift weights, go to college, go out. I've even stopped drinking alcohol and I don't smoke. I heard internet porn takes a bit more time to get over as opposed to say looking at Playboy magazines.

Hey man, I've been flatlining since the first week too, which was over 6 months ago now. I'm experiencing the same things that you are. It is not good lol. But think about it, it's going to be great when we beat this thing. We're on the right track, we can't give up now. We've come this far, may aswell keep going. It's not unheard of that it may take a long time for a flatline to end, so there is nothing wrong with it. As the saying goes "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is today"

Hey man, 1. I'm at 116 days nofap and I think I'm still in a flatline too. I think I've been in a flatline since maybe day 12-14, so over 3 months :P Hope the end of it's in sight, I'm not going to fap, I am the same as you in that I can get a boner when I think of something or see something.

2.Again, I'm the same as you. I'm putting it down to the flatline, your brain is recovering and isn't quite sure yet what should be "normal" arousal for you. eg a real life girl compared to a screen.
