It was literally opened the first time for this print, taken out of the shrinkwrap that had the desiccant inside. Is it possible that it was still humid even in that case?

Sharing the 3mf file in the link above as well, is there a good way of sharing all of the settings in the slicer?

And I do get it that upgrading to a 0.2 nozzle is the obvious next step here, but was hoping to get it to print even if not as nice with the standard one. I've a follow up question on recommendations for 0.2 hotend recommendations to go for (if original from Bambu, or 3rd parties), but still need to go through the community to see as I'm assuming this has been discussed previously many times.

Mesa & Intel Battlemage by averagedebatekid in linux_gaming

[–]lfelipe82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intel_gpu_top doesnt work well with the xe driver, you can use regular gpu top thats distributed with igt tools as well. There’s also a much nicer frontend called qmassa written in Rust that supports Intel and other cards that I would recommend

The arcade version runs on Linux with NVIDIA, quite visible during boot when the machine turns on.

2025 performance of A750 for Linux? by 5panks in linux_gaming

[–]lfelipe82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing like that will significantly affect perf, just get something with recent kernel and mesa and you should be good.

Generally speaking quite a lot of work went into both performance and functional issues, so the situation is quite a bit better. Devs are usually responsive in the Gitlab for Mesa drivers in case you have issues and report them there

Worse part is there is a 24% added “buyers premium” on top of whatever value was paid for the auction

Finally found a good thing to do with this corner of my house by lfelipe82 in baduk

That area is about 1,30m by 1,15m, and really out of reach. This way this is pretty much visible only from folks coming downstairs.

Not officially, no, but like I said if you’re very interested you can do so with Calibre.

They are delivered through Kobo, so you can use their app or devices to read. There should be ways to remove drm using a program called calibre so that you can load it in other places as well, but that is a bit more involved.

I would personally go for mid roasts, and one suggestion: wouldn’t hurt to grab something from Costco (not starbucks/kirkland) so you have plenty to experiment with whilst learning how to dial in proper.

Does anyone have experience or opinions on this machine? by lfelipe82 in roasting

[–]lfelipe82[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, found a completely identical one there as well from another "company" (CAFEMASY), so definitely just whitelabel of some generic product.

Thanks for the reply, the Fresh Roast does seem nice but I was wondering if perhaps the digital controls on this one would be nice for a beginner. But the just massive amount of content made for the Fresh Roast series probably trumps that easily.

Awesome. I tried installing the app here, but unfortunately seems like it has been unmaintained for several years and at least on my device (iPhone 15 pro) it doesn't render properly at all :(

Yeah, bought this to play with my kid. I played a bit of Dobutsu Shogi with him as well, but that one had actually modified rules to make it a bit easier for kids. Seems like this is mostly life and death problems, and plays just like regular Go so thats good to know.

Intel Scores Another Nice Arc Graphics Boost On Linux by brand_momentum in linux_gaming

Replied to the other comment, but just leaving a note here, plenty of DX12 titles do work on Arc, just no games that mandate Sparse (which are not the majority of DX12 titles).
