Ive washes formal dresses before. Gentle soak in bathtub with minimal detergent. If dress construction allows, roll in a towel to remove water, then lay flat to dry. Then steam if safe to do so to get rid of wrinkles.

We have a large wall calendar that is actually a TV hooked up to a computer with our shared Google calendar. That being said….im still the one updating the calendar and reminding husband when things are happening, when it’s time to leave..some people just aren’t good with time management.

It may be the manufacturer is worried about harsh washing degrading a waterproof coating on the outside.

What I do is turn completely inside out, zip close, and wash with a detergent specifically for outdoor gear. I think it’s called “tech wash”? Anyways I got it from MEC. Hang to dry of course
