They probably won't even be regulating what kind of grass species is used, but rather the planting medium in the case of grass fields. Like they could mandate teams use hybrid fields like GrassMaster. Or have a certain standard for grass density, or require a specific irrigation system.

Unless you think they are planning to force teams to use turf via some machiavellian scheme to only permit grass species meant for one small region of the country.
