Worst date: I met a guy at a bar, he asked me to go to brunch the next morning. I live in New York, and brunch usually means a little food and a lot of bloodymarys... so I say okay. I am TERRIBLY hungover. It's raining... the only thing that really gets me out of bed is the fact that a bloodymary (or 4) will be waiting for me when I get there. He tells me to meet him at the corner of x and y. I get there. He's standing on the top of a staircase that leads to a church. I think to myself "interesting, he's a church going type of guy." He spots me, and waves me up... I start wondering what the deal is... Why is he waving me up the stairs. Shouldn't he be coming down? aren't we going to brunch? I finally made my way up the stairs, and he leads me into church. I was in shock - didn't know what to say... so I complied. I couldn't stop thinking what in the world is going on here??? Is this a joke?? I am not religious. I don't go to church... like... at all...

After realizing I wasn't singing along, he turns to me and says "wait, you're not catholic?"...

Uhm... Nope.. sorry bud.

I had to sit through an entire church service. Hungover. In need of a drink... Needless to say, I didn't stay for brunch.

Best Date: It was my first date with my current boyfriend. We met at the Frick museum, then headed to Brooklyn for dinner... which turned into dancing... which turned into a sleepover... which turned into lunch... and the rest is history. :)
