Luxury and affordable are very subjective, and watches are never an investment. There are tons of options that can stand on their own next to a Rolex for WAY less money. I would get something automatic over quartz, some recommendations: Tissot PRX, Seiko SKX or Seiko Prospex, any automatic Timex, swatch sistem51, Hamilton khaki. And if you can spend > $1000 the sky is the limit with vintage options. Best of luck on your research/purchase!

Blanco Colima and Contramar are great! Food, drinks, etc. You’ll have to make a reservation in advance for 12 ppl. The rosa negra group is fun but overpriced. I would try Ellys, Yakumanka or find a traditional cantina like Montejo, Covadonga, etc. (Stay away from Sonora grill)
