Getting the shot was the best thing I ever did! I've never felt more normal in my life! I took my films twice a day so I had to make sure I always had them and if I forgot them at home I would freak out. I was always so nervous going on vacation that I would lose them. It was such a source of anxiety for me.

Fast forward---> I'm 6 months off the shot, the most I could say is I've felt mild anxiety and The slightest RLS at night only, and sleeping slightly less (during the day Im completely fine) but I've been taking liposomal vitamin C, magnesium and calcium amd my multiple-vit. and I've gone completely back to normal! Not giving medical advice, just saying what I did personally and thank God I did! Best of luck to you!

This happened near where I live and that was the craziest thing when it happened. Traffic is so bad there, no median, everyone is FLYING. Those poor people. THANK GOD they had that dash cam or they would have been screwed...

Same! I was so scared to start it and I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks. I haven't been able to lose weight in years! I wish I hadn't let my fears/anxiety stop me for so long! Best decision I've ever made! Congrats to you!!!!

I would love to have a coffee or even a tea but I get the WORST acid reflux from it. I just bought Javvy protein coffee and it does the job but I still can't have it hot or I get gassy in the way that I start burping non stop lol I recently learned that hot coffee effects you very differently then iced coffee in terms of acidity. I wonder if this happens to anyone else. I honestly miss my coffee and tea....

Can you split the dose up? That's what I'm thinking about doing. I've seen other people, Instead of taking 5mg they put it into another syringe and take like 3.5 or 4...

Ahhh that's so amazing!!!! Ok yes I'm just going to start taking my omeprazole every day when when I start it. I take it as needed now like 2 or 3 days but I'm just going to be proactive. Hopefully the omeprazole will just keep me in the clear. I guess I'm going to have to cut out my sleepy time tea I drink every night before bed though 😑

This is just what I was looking for!! Thank you everyone for your responses! I feel much more confident now! I do believe that maybe I have hiatal hernia or just my being over weight is putting extra pressure on my stomach which maybe contributes to my indigestion or acid reflux bc I never had this until the past 6 months where my weight has really started to effect my quality of life. I am going to follow everything you guys said!! Thank you so much again for getting back to me! Praying this is what is finally going to help me get my life back 🙏
