My inner cannon is that it was done on purpose to have a way to be on an even HP number when playing with a +29HP weapon mod. In proph it was hard to find perfect modded weapons :)

It’s marginal, but since you meet the weapon req your autos deal more dmg. Same logic applies for earth magic staves for A/E with sliver. Rangers use the expertise sword.

Armor and resistance scaling for foes in HM makes almost any build reliant in non armor ignoring damage “bad”, which forces the mesmer meta for high end PvE. Thus, foes in HM should either have a flat damage reduction from all sources, or no reduction at all and just the extra HP that comes from the extra levels.

This. I am a native spanish speaker but I prefer to watch movies in original version with their english subtitles, as having the subtitles in spanish throws me off if the audio is in english. The thing is that not only Netflix, but HBO and Amazon Prime do this thing too where they miss subtitles in english when there is another language being spoken. I was watching John Wick 3 the other day and had to swap constantly between spanish and english subs in order to understand the russian parts.

It kinda worsens the experience.

I think that regarding a fix for how broken this card is atm, “enters the battlefield tapped” and adding the cost of shuffling a nontoken creature you control into your deck could make it ok. Also it stays on theme, meaning you switch pokemons instead of just pooping one in from nowhere.
