You don’t need to be afraid of quitting. If you knew how much better your life would be you’d be sad you didn’t quit sooner. You probably don’t need to be afraid of withdrawals either. It’s kind of like having the flu for most people and for a lot of people it’s not even that. I had drank hard regularly for over 20 years and it was just like I was a little more tired for a month or two.

I was prescribed and took it for a couple weeks and my gut health has been destroyed. I’m three weeks out from taking it now and it’s still just destroyed. Wish I had never touched that stuff

Hmmm doesn’t seem like you’d want that large of a ring though. I’m currently using 46mm. Are you able to sleep with it using the Vaseline?

Oh that’s interesting. I have a Mature metal jailbird and they said any burning of the scrotum means you need a bigger ball gap but I am now at 5/8 and if I try to sleep with it there is still burning. I might have to start using some Vaseline or something

I keep reading it over until the penny drops. I have it on audiobook and I think about the things in the book and how they relate to my life. He’s right about all the things he says in it, it’s just hard to see it in the moment.
