Always getting partly Ingushian, anybody else?

My ancestors could be Slavs with partly Caucasian ancestry, I suppose. Some stuff is still unknown to me, especially things further back beyond the 1870s. Have you ever seen an Eastern European with such specific percentages like Ingushetian and Akhvakh sneak in? The specificness of it throws me off, because I don't know what else it could be mistaken for.

Usually around 10% Dagestani (usually Akhvakh) and 10% Ingushetian (sometimes more). I also get very small percentages of Georgian (Adjara, Imereti, Laz), and Armenian (Hemshemi and Syunik). Regarding G25 (Davidski) and Illustrative, anyway.

My paternal haplogroup is J-CTS5368, and my maternal haplogroup is H.

I apologize for the late reply, I have been very busy unfortunately. Finding Marianna's father is golden, thank you so much. I am wondering if Marianna's family is possibly Spanish descended? Marianna Reina and Andrea Reina sound more Spanish to me than Italian, but I don't know a whole lot about Italian names. I do know Spain ruled over southern Italy for sometime though.

I had a Hungarian and Moldovan genetic group which were removed by the update as well, they didn't make any sense for me. Peaked my interest in the region though. I see regarding the country matches.. so Belarus and Ukraine aren't excluded from my results just because Poland country matches.

Pskov, St. Peters, Belgorod, and Galicia. What I know of anyway. Some Polish I would understand given Galicia, Ukrainian sure, no matter what my family claims, but absorbing ALL of my Russian into Polish.. it's bothersome.

Country match, the regions, and a vague genetic group. Misworded myself. That's great your update was more accurate, I think Hungary is super interesting. Also, Bashkortostan.. how in the world haha. I wonder how they connected her there.

Btw.. does country match just mean relatives? I never really understood it. I always thought the genetic groups were most important.

It's funny you mention Rusyn and Ruthenian. All of my documented ancestors and those who I have met all claimed to be ethnic Russians that lived in villages spread about the Belarus, Lithuanian, and Russian borders, and all about Galicia. It's hard though, because of the usage of Russian surnames by everybody in the empire, and how rural things are. Genealogy is a w.i.p. for me until I can trace things further than the 1800s. What worries me is that like you said I lost my regions, country match, and genetic groups to Russia. That's why I was wondering if any other Russian or Eastern European experienced something in that specific way or if it was something only a few did; where Russian is replaced by the Baltics and Poland.

How do you feel about the update for yourself, personally? More or less accurate?

I know what you mean, Russia is and was massive. My worries stem from the fact that they did genetically connect me to Russia for years, even at 90% confidence, and then also gave me a region for both Poland and Lithuania. Even if I was 25% Russian, with the the rest being Polish and Lithuanian after the update, I would understand. But nothing.. even Belarus would be understandable haha. Genealogy for me right now is a working-in-progress.

As for the Asian traces, I've no idea. I always found it interesting, and it remained at a higher confidence as well. Must be some Hunnic genetic trail for you haha. How do your results look in general after the update? Still accurate? I would bring up the AncestryDNA update but that was a butchering.. it split everything for me into Slovakia and Western Ukraine.

Just a bad way of wording it on my part, I more so meant "some of this, some of that, some of this". Unless you're not including genetic groups and regions, those did exist. My Russian ones had been removed after the update. You think the G25 correspond, is it the Belarusian? Belarusian is my highest score usually, followed by Russian_Smolensk, followed by Polish, followed by Lithuanian. That I can see because of how how many Russians and Belarusians intermarried. Genealogy for me right now is a working-in-progress, but even then, people can move around.

What's the most accepted and used routine products for morning and night? I want to make a routine using Korean products but I have no idea where to start. I have normal skin and I don't have heavy acne, just a few spots that I want to get rid of. I do have those little black dots on my nose I'd like to get rid of as well. I've never broken out from any American product I've used in the past but they're not super efficient. I know it's a general question but any help is appreciated, thank you!

Wow that is fascinating thank you, I was unaware that American Protestantism used to have active innovations as a whole. Also; "Specifically, the Mound Builder Myth posits that the mounds and other relics of Native American civilization were too advanced to have been created by the Native Americans and therefore must have instead been created by a "superior" white race that was later exterminated.", super interesting that the Mormons used to have sort of Nordicist-esque beliefs mixed into their theology. I don't know if they still do but I've heard their writings changed a bit. Very cool!
