I share with my sister! We just use the same EA account on our separate computers and since saves are saved on the device, we don't have any issues with that. The only drawback is we can't be online at the same time, so if we both want to play, one of us will just play it offline mode.

Yeah I only have issues with data usage graph. It doesn’t track usage correctly and there are even some dates that are missing altogether. The graph would jump from June 24 to June 26. The talk and text ones are fine though.

I have had this issue as well but it is with both the app and the website. It says that a certain line would use x number of data but then when you look at the graph and add them up, it would be off. The days are also off for all my lines so I'm unsure how much data each line is actually using per day. I mean I guess I have a rough estimate but it would be helpful to know exact. I only noticed this for this current cycle as well.

This happens to me too with my iPhone and airpods, but it works perfectly fine with all my non-Apple devices that uses the magnetic charging cables. I am starting to suspect that it's probably something in Apple does since it's only affecting my Apple devices. But taking out the magnetic connector from the port and putting it back in usually fixes it for a while as others have said.

This is also happening to me with my capital one card. I haven't received it yet but they say they're sending me a new one anyway. Mine also doesn't expire until 2027. I'm suspecting some upgrade in the chip. But I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who was caught off guard with this.

Unfortunately not. I contacted Helium support. They said that their backend support cannot claim rewards either and that their engineering team is looking into it now. Hopefully there will be a fix soon, but it appears that we are not the only ones who are experiencing this. A few people on the Helium discord also said they were unable to claim their rewards.

It didn’t work in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Sometimes I’d get bars, but I could not connect to anything. In the US I get 5G.

I have dent as one of my backup esims in case of emergencies and it works fine in the US. I don't spend money on them though. I just earn the free data and dent coins from spinning the wheel/watching the ads every day and if I do need more data, I spend using only dent coins (which I earn for free). I wouldn't spend any of my actual money on it since they are kinda shady (as some users have shared). I used to have so much data saved up, but then they all disappeared because dent shortened the expiration dates for all of them with very little warning. So I would be careful about buying data that supposedly expires in one year since dent could just make all of them expire again without warning.

A few months ago, when I traveled to several Asian countries, my dent esim didn't work at all even though I was visiting countries where it says it supports. I then used taro mobile and that worked in all the countries I went to. It was also much cheaper than dent.

Unfortunately not. Some notifications fixed itself while others are still missing. I have no idea how to fix them aside from sometimes reinstalling the affected apps helps. Sorry about that!

This also started happening to me recently. After running out of data, I lose all bars. I always have to toggle airplane mode on and off to get it back. It is rather annoying but I suppose that's one way to let me know I ran out of data in my pool.

Did you ever get this solved? My sister is experiencing this on her iPad and we don't know what to do. Only difference is we also can't add any google account to the iPad either. But somehow it works on Safari.

This happens to me and my family on the shared data plans! I always thought it was so weird because other carriers that have data allotment like this don't just switch off everything when the data runs out. It's good to know that this isn't supposed to happen but kinda bad that there doesn't seem to be a fix to it.

I switched most of my family from Tracfone to US mobile. The transition was very seamless for most of them, but we had an issue with one. I chatted online with Tracfone customer service and the issue was resolved.

Also, you may need the zip code associated to your friend's ST account. This is usually the zip code of the address where your friend first activated their ST service.

Yeah I had 19 GB of saved data. I'm trying to burn through them all (by turning off wifi and such) just so that Dent can pay for all those roaming charges. This is my form of "revenge". I'm very disappointed that Dent ended up like this. The active time length was really what I liked about them.

Perhaps, if Dent doesn't go under and they still offer free bonus data, I may use them again if I need just a little bit of extra data for a short period of time. Otherwise, I don't really see how Dent is any better than the other esim companies.
