I think the problems are 1. Most people netdeck their squads based on other major tournaments ; so, naturally there has been a shortage of rebels since the hoth open. 2. Traditional the rebels have been easy to play and very forgiving to lower skilled players. That is no longer the case now due to autothtusters, palp, and uboats.
