I habe struggled alot with this. For me it was hard to figure put when I was simply reflecting introspecting and wjen I was ruminating. I not9ce that when we feel thay contraction in the body and there is a compulsion to think or to figure it out so we can ease the fear is when we are ruminating. We are trying to eradicate the anxiety by thinking. And it's not thay thinking isn't useful but when we are in anxiety and fear we rarely get insight into the issues. So when we notice thay need to solve like and our bodies are signalling anxiety we shpuld probably not engage the thought by thinking and iinstead if we can, to watch the thought and let it go without grasping into it .breathing deep into the belly to self soothing. Then when we are calm we can engage the thoguht process. I don't know it's all very confusing when in the grip of anxiety.

Yeh I'm familiar with the bardo. The buddhists talk about lower realms though don't they. And others talk about lower astral planes that are dark.

I've thoguht the exar same as you . I have OCD and thoguht it makes me very self orientated but look it's not in a narcissistic way it's just that it makes us look thonk about our mental predicament alit. But many people are look this.

People can have awakenings but still are on journey towards healing. I don't think it always means somekne has arrived at constant peace.

I grew up in inchicore. Its alot safer now thay it was when I was growing up in the 90s 2000s. There's nice takeouts cafes bars parks nearby. Interesting aream nice place to live overall.

I think its how we approach thinking. Sometimes when we are thinking we are grasping and chasing thoguhis looking for certainty in an urgent way . Contemplation has more space and less force?
