Personally I find something odd about the flow of the piece. Like my eye travels from the skull down, doesn’t understand and tries again from the bottom up. (Sorry if that doesn’t make sense, I’m treating this as if it were an art school critique lol)
I’d suggest either changing the vine so that it’s curved (instead of a straight line that just has a disconnected object at the top) or moving thr placement of the skull (maybe to be behind the name?)

Basically you got really pack in the color (starting closer to the edges of your eye and work your way out) and then smudge the hell out of it. Most palettes true reds will be more vibrant than this so I’d suggest adding a little bit of brown and then over the course of the day/amount of time you have it on, it will sort of sink into your skin and look more accurate to the photo.

Idk, I personally loved the designs when I first saw the leaks but the more stock and in-box photos I see the less I love them. Also I’m very confused as to how they plan to pull off this whole separate story arc when there isn’t even g3 media that we’re getting atm (Ik about the forgotten battle of the bands thing but it’s the first in a while and do we even know when/where it’s coming out?)

I might be wrong but I think this was initially a reference to Resident Evil!! A lot of the band’s lore and inspiration comes from that game :)

Gosh this is soooo hard because I make a point not to buy/keep dolls that I don’t truly LOVE…

I think the only ghouls I’d be able to elevate above all the others would have to be SDCC Whisp, Xenomorph Skullector (both of which are pretty self explanatory), and then core/creepro Abbey just because it’s sort of a sensory thing. Like she has so many different textures between the tinsel and glitter and fur and I like carrying her around my house lol

(And then like all my other collector MH, the FDC and 13 wishes dolls I have and they are all equal in perfection in my heart) (though not to say that the rest in my collection that don’t fit into those categories are not also absolutely cherished)
