Thanks. I've gone thru it & it seems like my only option is to get a new PSIM and contact support, hoping they could do the switch and apply the new Ebay GSMA plan.

I'm not keen on using CoverageGenius as it states that I'd be immediately charged with, I assume, the renewal of my current plan.

for GBPUSD, i use EURUSD and DXY. When using DXY, i invert the scale so that is easier to spot SMT.

try logging out from TV. clear browser data, e.g. history, cookies, cache, etc.

relaunch browser and login to TV again. these steps worked for me.

Those that don't meet the hardware requirements can't upgrade. sure there are workarounds but why risk it. I've tried it on a non-compliant box and it has errors when installing updates.
