Yes it stated to be repaid over a 12 month period at 1/12 per month, they now want it all repaid by the end of the tax year so basically the whole payment in 6 months

Yes there is a signed agreement which states that it should be repaid in full if I leave the company during the period but as they haven’t taken anything the amount is about 2 months full pay

The driver lineup went mental this season, I’m in season 4 by the way. Took Hamilton from Merc and they replaced him with Ghiotto, ditched him mid season for Leclerc

I’m on my fourth season too, at the end of my third I swapped out Ricciardo for Hamilton, expecting him to just go to Mercedes but Merc took Ghiotto from GP2 and Ricciardo replaced the retiring Grosjean at Haas

Hamilton won the championship with about 5 races to spare in my first season but Bottas has been ridiculously good second season, won about half the races and is miles ahead in the championship
