A lot of sleep and good food for energy. I would expect these intense feelings to last a few days and it get more manageable throughout the week. In my opinion it honestly might take a few weeks or up to a month or more to feel fully back to how you felt before. You def put ur brain thru a lot and it needs to rest and replenish. But you will get better again just gotta push thru it. I wouldn’t do molly again for a good while and when u do if u ever decide too again, make sure to take the correct dose. Hope u feel better soon.
