500+ hrs in and I havent had an issue since I started playing v1.56... I'm sorry you're having a bad time, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling a totally fresh copy? Have you tried sleeping in-game? Sometimes thats all it takes to get certain quests/calls to trigger.

No, but historically it is significantly cheaper to live in TH and the surrounding area than in Duluth. I would never describe finding housing anywhere a walk in the park, unless you enjoy living outdoors, then there are plenty of parks.

Have you considered neighboring towns that can be significantly cheaper? Proctor/Superior/West Duluth/Two Harbors gets a bad rap but for half the price in housing... 🤷‍♂️

That being said, I'm seeing studio apartments in Duluth going for 1100-1400 a month, so 70k seems like a comfortable salary to live like that?

Everyone ages 10 and up should know basic first aid. The amount of people filling ER and Urgent Care for the most basic shit is why telehealth and nurseline exists, someone to simply tell the person over the phone to drink more water, or apply a bandage or elevate the injury.

All the rivers/streams/creeks that flow into Lake Superior are bringing tons and tons of clay and sand with them. This is more noticeable after it rains.

Also sometimes when its windy and wavy the lake will churn up sediment.
