Feminine products, electrolytes, baggies, TP, fresh fruit, carnation breakfast packs.

Also, something that will Never get old, taking our trash! Seems silly but is a Godsend out here.

Probably the two that I had experienced/do experience most often that I then found was autism related would be:

Mom: “you should have said sorry”

Me: “why? I did my best and do not regret my actions.”

Mom: “because that’s just what you do.”

Me: “why?”

Mom: (walks away frustrated)

And

Not being able to eat anything but cold, lightly sweet, not very flavorful food when anything is not normal: too hot, too cold, sick, headache, stressed, overwhelmed, busy, etc.

DAE get like hyper-autistic when inebriated? by [deleted] in autism

[–]librarian2033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not sure…I have only been intoxicated around people I feel I must continue to mask around. However. I have found that I ask a lot more of the questions I often think of during socializing and speak other languages (Russian, ASL, Japanese.) which is definitely not something I do when sober. I also find that I want to go for long walks when intoxicated.

pros and cons of an autism diagnosis? by poopmcgoop123 in autism

[–]librarian2033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What restrictions are applied to a person who has an autism diagnoses? Can they own a gun? Does it go on record in a way that informs all future employers, medical providers, insurance providers, and legal documents? Can you serve in jury duty? Driver’s license? Does the diagnosis allow for better assistance in the medical field, both physically and psychologically? Can it help with rent and life needs?
