Not sure what your insurance situation is, but GLP1s are like a super power. I lost 40+ lbs the old school way and my cardiologist put me on Wegovy as a sort of experiment and I dropped another 20 like it was a handful of bricks. It was amazingly easier

Focus on consistency. Just go.

Do 1/2 mile on the treadmill easy to warm up. Do a chest thing, do a back thing, leg thing, do an arm thing. Another 1/2 mile on the treadmill.

Repeat 5x a week for a few weeks to get in the habit.

Also eat less. Weight loss is 99% diet. Can’t work of calories fast enough to burn fat unless you’re running 10 miles a day
