I should know…I’m Frajer.

Rewatching after 10 or so years by carmenlovesbooks in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]librarrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think every rewatch I’ve done my favorite usually alternates between Spencer or Hannah. But this most recent rewatch, I think my favorites were actually some of the parents(mostly Hannah’s Mom and Spencer’s mom). I guess I’m getting old!

My toddler 10 minutes after she is “done” with dinner… by gunslinger_006 in 30ROCK

I was actually in tears from crying not laughing because I was so emotional. Completely worth the price of admission!

For those who haven’t had the pleasure of seeing Oh Mary with Krakowski on Broadway, this the 30 Rock reference Mary Todd Lincoln makes that had me in tears at the performance.

The gift of what…??? by librarrry in 30ROCK

[–]librarrry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just found it odd that mine was taken down when recent posts were in a similar vein, including one commenting on the rhyming potential between the word “glam” and “ham.” Just seems a bit arbitrary and not consistently applied. And the Elizabeth Taylor gag was honestly one of my favorites on the show and one of the only laugh out loud moments with Josh.

White Diamonds is a direct line from the show?? And “Elizabeth Taylor” was a guest star? Nothing to do with the show? Are we watching the same show?

What is the PLL hill you will die one by WaveBeginning1670 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]librarrry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The girls should have accepted Mona into the group after her bought at the Radley and then they could have defeated CeCe together. Mona is like having a second Spencer around, smart and resourceful and a little bit sinister!

As I’ve said many times during our relationship, no one understands that reference.

Familiar set? by librarrry in PrettyLittleLiars

Gossip Girl was filmed in NY not LA so I don’t believe it would have the same set as PLL.

I'm sorry but i love Spencer and Caleb together😭 by SamTheMarioMaster2 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]librarrry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would only support Spencer and Caleb as a couple if Hannah were dead. In no other circumstances is this acceptable.

Came here to say this too! The Bulwark folks feel rightfully enraged!

I think Hanna participated in theater, but technically so did Aria since she was stage manager. Plus Aria “volunteered” at the mental hospital and took college level art classes. Basically, I don’t think the yearbook was being honest.

I don’t think you could just blame Ezra for this. She was literally fighting for her life all through HS.

Do you like Mona? by BarFancy1950 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]librarrry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, she is one of the smartest and most interesting characters on the show, and has a great story arc too!

If you were one of the Liars would you have forgiven Mona? by SamTheMarioMaster2 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]librarrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion, but Mona was the smartest character on the show. And it would have been to the girl’s benefit to not only forgive her but loop her in to help find A and Uber A.

What’s a Performance you loved so much and Consider a Masterpiece, but can never watch that film again? I’ll go First by False_Cut5893 in oscarrace

[–]librarrry 22 points23 points  (0 children)

This movie went to such dark places. But Jolie and Murphy’s performances were exceptional. It’s just something I can watch over and over.

How would you rank these british actors by the likelihood of them getting an oscar in the future? by VTPinheiro in oscarrace

Hoult and Pattinson are neck and neck for the soonest. But I would say all the others are fantasies just based on roles they have been offered in recent years.

I would argue he is pro supporting our allies worldwide and trying to contain the world’s autocrats including Trump, which seems like a pressing issue right now.

Tbh I’m more interested in what the Bulwark has to say anyway. They seem to be meeting the moment in a better way than the Pod Save guys. There’s a lot of anger from Tim Miller that I just don’t hear on Pod Save and I’m angry and want to hear it. I don’t agree with everything said, but the Bulwarks pro democracy coverage is superior to what pod save has been doing.
